Today, 19 February 2026, was another powerful day of impact for The Power of Women and Children NPC (POFWC).

We were honored to deliver 65 nutritious meals to children at:

Ithemba Labantwana Children’s Home in Tshepisong
Matshidiso Arona Day Care in Lehae

Each meal served today represents more than nourishment — it represents compassion, unity, and shared responsibility for the well-being of our children.

A Heartfelt Thank You to the 50/50 Campaign

We extend our sincere gratitude to the 50/50 Campaign, organized by Dimitri Papadakis in partnership with the Johannesburg Mini and Junior City Council.

The vision of delivering 50 meals for 50 days is transforming lives — one child at a time. Today’s outreach is a living testimony of what collaboration can achieve when communities come together with purpose.

Serving the Most Vulnerable

At Ithemba Labantwana Children’s Home, many children depend entirely on community support for their daily needs. At Matshidiso Arona Day Care, young learners rely on consistent meals to support their growth and learning.

Proper nutrition helps children:

Build resilience and confidence
Feel safe and cared for

Today, 65 children experienced that care in a tangible way.
